Biking for Good

PedalPantry

This weekend in Pittsburgh, you can use your bike as a(nother) force for good: Contributing to the Pedal for the Pantry ride.

Event details can be found here.

Registration starts at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 6, at the Forbes Wall in Oakland  (in front of the Pitt Law Building, across from The O). The event has no planned routing — you get a map, several destinations and a finish.  Basically you bring a bag, ride to grocery store “checkpoints” and purchase some goods, then donate them to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food bank.
