Craft Beer: David v. Goliath

CrafBeer

NPR has this piece yesterday: small craft brewers challenging the two national big-beer companies for a corner of the beer market.

“Small “mom and pop”-style breweries — or regional breweries — now account for about 6 percent of domestic beer sales. That may seem like a small number, but it’s been growing every year since the early 1990s, while big brewers’ share is declining.”

Not exactly an environmental piece. But, what’s better after a good run, bike, hike or outdoors? A beer! What should you recycle? Your beer cans/bottles/kegs. Drink on!
