From surfer Keith Malloy comes the film “Come Hell or High Water” that explores the sport of body surfing and the culture around it. It’s Malloy’s debut film, and is beautifully shot. It can be hard to capture the purity, the clarity, that the water brings. But this comes pretty close. But, per Malloy, “it’s about taking a breath and kicking your feet in the big blue sea.”
