No sooner did we check the European Space Agency’s Twitter account after posting about the JUICE mission did we see perhaps the greatest part of this day: Lasagna in Space.

“As every Italian knows,” the ESA writes, “the best remedy for homesickness is good food from your home country but preparing food for spaceflight is no easy task. ”

Renowned chef David Scabin is cooking up versions for the flight, which is being converted into space-friendly fare by ARGOTEC.
